Eligibility for Resources

• Resources will be given to parents of ANY foster child(ren), relative placement or ​biological parents with a in-home CHINS case.
• Resources can also be given to CASA, DCS Case Workers, and affiliated nonprofit service providers for any cases.
• Fill out our form online to receive resources. Scheduling is available for in person shopping!

How to Qualify

• Foster Families
  • Must be able to provide current placement letter
  • Must provide demographic information
• Relative or Kinship Placements
  • Must be able to provide current placement letter
  • Must provide demographic information
  • Must provide photo ID
• DCS, Case Workers or CASA
  • Must provide demographic information
  • Must provide photo ID
• Biological Parents with IN HOME CHINS Case
  • Children are eligible for services
  • Shopping must be done by your Service Provider, Case Manager or be pickup
  • Must provide demographic information
